Cobalt Data Centre Update
Following on from my previous post on Enterprise Zone Syndicates in December, the terms of the Cobalt Data Centre Syndicate have been improved and the new information flyer can be found here.
In summary the new terms are a lower cash contribution of 40%. Therefore a £100,000 investment now requires a cash contribution of £40,000 and should generate a tax refund for a 40% tax payer of £39,473, making the net cost of investment just £527.
